We are going to look into some quotations element and what comment is.
HTML blockquote tag for quotations
This element defines a section that is quoted from another source. Browsers are known to indent them.

Html cite tag for work title
The <cite>
tag defines the title of the creative work (e.g a book, a poem, a song, a movie, a painting, a sculpture, etc).

Comments
Html comments are usually written to explain a piece of code and is generally ignored by web browsers. They are also useful in documenting your HTML source code.
